You may visit our site anonymously and it is your right to refuse to provide your personal details, although this will mean that you can not sign up as a member as without this information, your account can not be created.
Payment information. Payment information such as name, street address and postcode may be collected for us to process payment for any product and / or subscription but Drum Hub does not hold any debit or credit card numbers. Payment at Drum Hub is processed by Stripe and / or Paypal. For digital products such as ebooks or song notations, you have the choice of either payment provider at check out whereas all of our membership subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Drum Hub will use information provided to fulfill our business contract with users of the site and for legitimate business interest.

The personal information voluntarily provided by you will be used to personalise your customer experience including enabling you to create a customer account so that you can access the content you have paid for. The use of cookies includes but is not limited to keeping track of your course progress and a record of the products you have purchased.

Your personal information will only be shared where it is necessary to fulfill our business obligations, such as your payment details being processed by Stripe and / or Paypal. Drum Hub is committed to the protection of your personal information and right to privacy and will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to a third party.
How long will you keep my personal information?
We will only keep a record of your personal data for as long as is required for us to fulfill our business obligations with you. You can opt out of any email list you have signed up to by clicking ‘opt out’ in the email footer.
